The security bond is a $500 fully refundable amount that is to be paid before you access our venue on the day of your event.
Deductions will apply so please go through the checklist to ensure you have abided by all our terms and conditions to receive the full amount back.
We inspect in daylight the following day and return the balance / all of your bond within 24 hours of inspection.
BOND RETURN CHECKLIST
If the $250 cleaning fee was paid for and booked prior to your event then not all sections relate to you.
If the venue hasn’t been left as it was found then this $250 cleaning fee will be deducted from your bond. (Additional services / fees section 8.4 in our terms & conditions)
