💰 Venue Bond Reminder – How to Get Your $500 Bond Back
Bond is to be paid before guests arrive.
To receive your full bond refund, please make sure all points below are completed.
Our team inspects the venue in daylight the following day and returns your bond (or remaining balance) within 24 hours of inspection.
1. Time & Access

Arrived no earlier than booked start time

All guests departed by booked finish time

Any extra time was pre-booked and paid for

Music turned off or lowered by required time
2. Cleaning & Pack-Down

Venue left as found

Floors clean – no spills, rubbish, or food scraps

Toilets left clean and tidy

Kitchen benches wiped down

BBQ cleaned (if used)

Beer garden tidy
-
Astroturf clear of food, rubbish, or chewing gum

All decorations removed; no tape or adhesive left behind
3. Furniture & Hired Items

Tables and chairs returned to original positions

Hired items stacked neatly, ready for pick-up

Borrowed items washed and returned

No items missing or damaged
4. Rubbish & Food

All rubbish removed from surfaces and floors

General waste and recycling bins left near the toilet area on the driveway

No bins overflowing; excess rubbish taken home

Cardboard boxes flattened and removed

Leftover food placed in the tall white fridge (not in bins) to avoid pests

No food placed in outdoor bins unless its scrapings from party plates
5. Toilets & Bathrooms
