If you’re looking for somewhere that you can hire out privately for your own party / conference / classes etc that is a blank canvas so you can make it your own that allows BYO drinks and food to keep your costs down then we might just have what you are looking for.

Come along and view this great private  space, feel the ‘chilled out bbq and beer garden vibe’ and the ‘huge indoor multi purpose marquee’ whatever the weather then this space can cater for you.

World One – If you love fairy lights and casual seating around a bar and bbq, relaxed with friends, filling the 3 illuminated fridges with your own drinks in a fully enclosed private fun space with beautifully turfed flooring then you really should come have a look at our new BYO Venue.

Our outdoor area has that relaxed back yard vibe … that has you kicking back with loved ones – no minimum spend at the bar or restaurant because this is a BYO venue! Save $$$’s and bring your drinks and food from home or have a caterer deliver or a food truck park up. Has that Beer Garden Vibe so please so come view this for yourselves. 

World Two – If you’re all for high teas, dinner parties or themed events then come take a look inside our huge marquee, you’ll be faced with 3 full walls of waterfall fairy lights (multifunction) and sheer curtains, one step up from the Astro turf and you’ll be on carpet with so many ideas of how you’d like to utilise this huge space! .

This hidden gem can be whatever you want it to be ! IT’S ALL YOURS FOR THE DURATION – World 1 and 2!.

Dress it all up or tone it right down, It’s going to come to life! The great thing with this venue is you can either be outside or in, so whatever the weather the show will go on!

The cost – You get the entire Venue all to yourselves for the below packages

Mondays to Thursdays

ACCESS 9am – VACATE 1pm $600 

ACCESS 2pm – VACATE 9pm $1400 

Book both the day and night together and receive a $250 voucher to spend at Lovely Jubbly on added hires like ‘light up birthday numbers, table covers, extra tables etc’


Fridays 

ACCESS 10am  – VACATE 3pm $1000 

ACCESS 4pm – VACATE 11pm  $1750  

Book both the day and night together and receive a $250 voucher to spend at Lovely Jubbly on added hires like ‘light up birthday numbers, table covers, extra tables etc’


Saturdays

ACCESS 10am  – VACATE 3pm $1250

ACCESS 4pm – VACATE 11pm  $2000

Sundays

ACCESS 10am – VACATE 2pm $800

Extra Fee’s – ALL BOOKINGS

Bond – $500 (see T & C’s) (paid 5 days before event and returned to you after daylight inspection – deductions are made for loss / damages / extra hours/ extra mess / noise complaint )

Access – If you would like to add on more time at the beginning of your event then this is charged at a reduced rate of $50 an hour, the actual event doesn’t take place during the $50 an hour period.

Depart – If you would like to add on an extension to your event then this is calculated at that days normal hourly rate and is subject to availability.

18th & 21st birthday parties We require you book security.You are responsible to source the security.

Need a DJ ? We only allow this wonderful talented Dj Tsuani . He has been booked at our venue numerous times now and has been absolutely amazing – totally respectful of our terms and conditions, his music / lights / bubbly personality really knows how to get the crowd going – please contact
him direct.
Please do not book your own DJ as this is not allowed since November 5th 2023.

Using your PLAYLIST ? OUR own music system can be used at no charge – which is set to the correct decibel and low bass – As explained this is not a loud music venue.

Public transport & Parking

Public transport – 5 minute walk to bus stops – easy to find for UBERS

Parking – Virginia train station has free 24/7 parking, It is less than a 2 minutes walk down the back to our venue,

Important notice before viewing this event space – If you are looking for somewhere to host a nightclub / loud music / live band event then this is not the place for you, we are in a commercial property and can play music to a good level – up to 70 decibels – reduced to 50 decibels for the last hour (usually during your tidy up)
All music is to be off at 10pm Fri/Sat and off at 9pm Sunday to Thursday

Please do come along to view the venue and hear this level as its still a great party volume.
