• 1 × tall fridge/freezer combo

• Huge stainless-steel prep benches and sink with tap
• Large fitted bar with extra fridges – ready to stock up
• 2 built-in bathrooms (includes 4 toilet rolls & hand soap — please bring extra if needed)
• Outdoor furniture for up to 70 guests
• Shaded seating areas – perfect for summer events
• BBQ & gas heaters provided

• Solid flooring with full fairy lighting across all walls

What to Bring – DIY Venue Hire Checklist

Lovely Jubbly is a BYO / DIY venue, so please come prepared!

We provide a beautiful space — it’s up to you to bring the rest. Here’s what you may want to pack:

Cleaning & Kitchen Items

• Extra toilet rolls (we supply 6)

• Extra bin liners (we supply 2)

• Tea towels

• Dishwashing detergent or soap

• Paper towels

• Surface spray or wipes

• Chux cloths / sponge

• Gloves (if cleaning up food / spills)

    • Air freshener for bathrooms

🍽 Serving & Food Items

• Scissors & sticky tape

• Cake knife & cake server

• Plastic containers or foil trays for leftovers

• Serving utensils

• Ice (if bringing cold drinks – our freezer is small!)

• Esky / cooler if needed

Hot Drink Station (if using ours)

• Coffee, tea, sugar

• Milk or milk alternatives

• Disposable cups or mugs

• Spoons / stirrers

• kettle  or we have a hot water urn

🧰 Handy Extras

• Extension cords / power board (if bringing extra devices)

• Phone chargers

• Decorations & hooks (please use safe, removable fixings) take away after use 

 

Please note – If a long time has passed from viewing the venue to your event date and there’s changes to certain furniture & layouts then this can be due to the weather we suffered between the cyclone and flooding which sadly caused some damage.
Venue guests will always be catered for with the same amount of outdoor furniture being offered at the time of viewing, The exact style will be subject to availability.
