⭐️Venue Hire Booking Process – Lovely Jubbly Events & Party Hire ⭐️

We’re so excited to help bring your special event to life! To secure your venue booking and ensure a smooth lead-up to your big day, please follow the steps below:

1. 

Read Our Terms & Conditions

Before booking, please take the time to read our [Terms & Conditions] to understand how our venue operates — including important rules about noise levels, cleanup expectations, and access times.

2. 

Book a Venue Viewing

We recommend coming in for a quick walkthrough of the space. We’ll happily play music during your visit so you can hear how the sound carries and get a real feel for the setup.

3. 

Check Availability Online

Our calendar is split into Daytime and Evening slots for easy planning.

👉 Book both and receive a $250 CREDIT to use on extra hire items from our website (plus 2 bonus hours of venue time!).

4. 

Secure Your Date with a Deposit

Once you’ve chosen your preferred date and made your deposit, you’ll receive a confirmation via text or email to lock it in. Please do not send out invites until our confirmation.

5. 

Add-On Extras Anytime

You’re welcome to add extra hire items from our website later! We offer a coupon code giving you huge discounts from our stock.

IMPORTANT: At checkout, tick VENUE to avoid delivery fees, and mention in the notes that this is for your venue booking so our team can allocate it correctly.

6. 

Payment Schedule

A 50% deposit is required to confirm your booking.

The remaining balance is due 30 days before your event.

💡 You’re welcome to make smaller instalments at any time leading up to this.

⚠️ A final payment reminder will be sent. If full payment isn’t made at least 3 weeks before your event, your booking may be cancelled.

7. 

Final Event Check-In – 2 Weeks Before

Please email us or book a quick consult 14 days before your event to finalise your plans.

We’ll need to know:

  • Your access and pack-down times
  • Any vendors or services arriving (e.g. caterers, soft play area, balloon stylists)
  • Equipment you’re bringing (e.g. heaters, fairy lights, food warmers)

8. 

Bond Payment – Before Guests Arrive

Your $500 security bond must be paid before any guests are permitted on site.

No bond = no access.

The bond is returned promptly after a daylight inspection if all is in order.
