Our Evening Hire Package is ideal for wedding receptions, milestone birthdays (18ths, 21sts, 30ths, 40ths, 50ths and beyond), engagement parties and more.
You’ll have exclusive access from 4 pm to 9 pm to set the vibe — bring your food, drinks, music, and party crew, and enjoy the afternoon glow turning into a festive evening beneath the marquee lights.
Perfect for guests who want to:
• Celebrate locally in a relaxed, BYO-friendly space
• Enjoy a private event before heading out later (we’re just a short stroll from Virginia train station – I’ll confirm travel details)
• Add extra hours if the night’s too good to end

The inside of marquee is a blank canvas for you to decide on any extras you’d like to add – Half price from our website for tables and chairs, plates, cutlery, light up numbers etc.
🌟 Extended Hire – 9 pm onwards
$400 per hour | Available Fridays & Saturdays only
For those unforgettable nights that deserve a longer celebration — extend your hire after 9 pm (available only when the 4 pm–9 pm session is booked first).
Please select the number of additional hours you require when booking.
🎵 Music volume is lowered at 11 pm (Fri-Sat) 9pm (Sun-Thursday) even if hire is extended. During venue viewings, we demonstrate both regular and late-night volume levels so you know exactly what to expect.
