The following delivery charges will give you an idea of how much it will cost if our van delivers and collects your hire equipment.  The exact fee is calculated on our website when your actual address is submitted.


You can always collect and return hire equipment from our Northgate premises, using your own suitable vehicle, to save on delivery & handling fees.

Our cartage fees are for delivery and collection to an accessible ground floor area.    If you require the hire equipment to be taken upstairs or in a lift, please advise us when booking as this would incur a surcharge.


 The cartage fee is based on deliveries anytime between 9 am and 4 pm

We cannot guarantee a specific delivery time as many delays beyond our control can occur throughout the day. We always appreciate your understanding and patience on delivery/collection days.


Deliveries on public holidays incur a surcharge and are subject to staff availability.
Weekends are subject to staff availability.


Please remember to leave all hires accessible if you are not going to be home on collection day.  An extra cartage fee will be charged if we have to return to collect items that you did not leave accessible.


When placing an order online, the delivery charge is added when you select this service.

The fee is calculated to cover the time loading at our warehouse, driving to your location and unloading at your premises then returning to your location after your event to load your hires back into our van and bring them back to our warehouse to unload.


Standard delivery fees – this is based on your address and is between the hours of 9 am and 4 pm to the front of your building at ground level only,

Before-hours and after-hours delivery fee – this is an added extra if you would like your delivery to be before these hours or after then this can be arranged for $100 fee

Stairs / Lifts / Back yards – this is an added extra if you require your delivery to be taken up flights of stairs or into your back yard then this can be arranged for a $100 fee
