To secure your venue booking and ensure everything runs smoothly, please follow the simple steps below.


1. Read Our Terms & Conditions

Before booking, please take a moment to read our [Terms & Conditions] to understand how our venue operates — including important information about noise levels, access times, and clean-up expectations.


2. Book a Venue Viewing

We recommend visiting for a relaxed walkthrough of the space.
We’ll happily play music during your visit so you can hear how it carries and picture your setup for the day.


3. Check Availability Online

Our calendar is divided into Daytime and Evening slots for easy planning.

4. Secure Your Date with a Deposit

Once you’ve chosen your date and paid your 20% non-refundable deposit, you’ll receive a confirmation by text or email to lock it in.
Please wait for this confirmation before sending your invitations.


5. Add-On Extras Anytime

You’re welcome to add extra hire items later through our website!
Use your exclusive HALF PRICE coupon code for venue customers to save on props, décor, and seating.

👉 At checkout, tick “VENUE” to avoid delivery fees and mention in the notes that it’s for your venue booking.


6. Payment Schedule

  • 20% deposit required to confirm booking

  • Balance due 30 days before your event

  • You may make smaller instalments anytime

⚠️ A payment reminder is sent before the due date.
If full payment isn’t received at least 3 weeks before your event, your booking may be cancelled.

💰 Security Bond – $500
Payable before your guests arrive. Fully refundable once the venue passes daylight inspection and no breaches are found.


7. Final Event Check-In (2 Weeks Before)

Please email or book a short consult 14 days before your event to finalise details.
We’ll confirm:
• Access and pack-down times
• Any vendors or services (caterers, soft play, stylists, etc.)
• Equipment you’re bringing (heaters, fairy lights, food warmers)
• Approximate guest count


8. Bond Payment – Before Guests Arrive

Your $500 security bond must be paid before entry.
No bond = no access.

The bond is refunded promptly after inspection if the venue is left as found.
