Weekend package
allows from the Friday 4pm to Sunday 2pm which we have found to be a hit when it comes to weddings, You can come with friends on the Friday and bring all your alcohol and cake / food to fill up all the glass fronted illuminated fridges while listening to your playlist on the sound system and get into the fun vibe with friends setting up your dream without the added stress of clock watching, take your time planning and enjoy this special moment with your loved ones as you’ll have it all prepared for your big day exactly how you’d like it to be. DIY weddings definitely give you that proud moment of ‘we did that our way and we did it ourselves’ seeing all those little touches you’ve created at home now come together so you can relax and have a good sleep knowing it’s all styled and ready for you and your guests. We find this package works great for couples who have a huge set up like dining in the marquee where all tableware needs to be set up and chairs positioned etc, perfecting everything from the layout to the centrepieces,
Enjoy your all day and night on the Saturday then with the help of our host the venue will be tidied up at the end of your night, the following morning bring back some guests and have a bbq breakfast, stay for lunch even with any leftover food or drink from the night before then take your time to pack away your wedding presents and any of your own decorations/ clean up.

We also offer another alternative
When booking a full day and night you can add the night before and the morning after your event at $50 an hour – this can be for your time to do the set ups and fill up fridges etc – however the $50 an hour doesn’t give full personal / private access to the venue as we will have a team member there still cleaning / preparing the venue for you, or possibly have viewings also booked.

For a full private added times bundle we suggest you book the 3 days so you can utilise the full venue and still ‘party’ while setting up with as many helpers as you like – this still offers you a team member to assist you in whatever you like rather than one being there doing her other duties when only paying the $50 an hour extra
